As a publicly listed company, our compliance and in-house administration systems are second to none and we communicate key company news regularly to the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX), key business media and shareholders. As a NZX listed company, BFG adheres to strict regulatory regimes – including practices around continuous disclosure, reporting standards and corporate governance.

The strong corporate governance structure also includes an Audit Committee in addition to the New Zealand Stock Exchange requirements, which covers areas such as risk management framework, formal securities trading policy and other additional assurance measures.
